Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to present to you the first update on our blog. Here’s something to share to all of you about the latest Cook-Off! The classes that were involved were Dip 2/10(I) and Dip 2/10(T). The first Cook-Off was held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, and as for the second one, it was held at the J.W. Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur (Both 5-star hotels! *wink wink*). Both the events went marvellously well and was such a great success! The previous Cook-Off was an experience that will never fade away. It seems as if there were paparazzi everywhere taking pictures and for those who attended the event with no doubts they had such a fantastic experience dining in. The theme of the Cook-Off was Modernised Malaysian Tradition with a follow up of a Fusion style. It was brilliant of the chefs and bartenders to come out with such a fantastic menu. It doesn't only tastes good, but it looks so scrumptious as well! It will definitely leave you drooling for more.



 




Here are the food that was served at the latest cook-off...


Appetizer
Hawker's Extra Ordinare
Otak-otak roulade and rojak salsa served with yogurt raita.
 Soup
Western - Asian!
Curry scented pumpkin soup  served in Farmer's bread.
 Main Course
Italian Meets Asian
Chicken basil rendang with shorba fondue.
 Dessert
"Nagasari"
Combination of kiwi, strawberry, mango cubes and sliced banana with coconut topping.


And of course not to forget, the beverages...
 
Asian Passion
Well-balanced infusion of the sweetness of the passion fruit and the sourness of the lime, with an Asian taste of cinnamon.
Tropical Shake
Sweet shake of tropical flavours such as mango,pineapple juice and coconut milk.
 Sour Blue
Sourly mix of Blue Curacao,pineapple juice,lime juice and lemonade.
