Greetings peeps! Have you ever wondered what hospitality is all about? Have you ever tried searching it on Google and getting an answer that you are expecting for? Well, we the students of YTL-ICHM is proud to say that 23 home-school students from the A+ Learning Centre were given the opportunity to have an insight of what hospitality is all about in the ever famous, J.W. Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. We gave them a taste of mocktails (non-alcoholic beverages), taught them how to make a mocktail, from the ingredients to the methods of making it. Name it, We’ve done it! Aside from that, we’ve also shown them different styles of napkin folding. Some of the famous napkin folding included elf boot, cockscomb and many others. Imagine going back to their home and showing their parents about the napkin folding or start mixing drinks for them! Wouldn’t that be awesome? We also had a talk about what hospitality is all about and the life of our students in YTL-ICHM along with a brief run-through of the YTL-Hotels. But it didn't stop there, they also were given a tour throughout the hotel and had a firsthand look of a real, fully functioning hotel!
