The Estates at Pangkor Laut Resort, reinventing serenity in a luxurious private land away from the fuzz and buzz of the city, building bonds & patching up lost relationships and finally understanding the meaning of peace at mind. Butlers providing lateral service and prepared to serve around the clock to ensure that the smiles are always kept on the faces of our guests and "WOW"-ing them in every possible way we can.
Just recently, a handful of fortunate students from YTL-International College of Hotel Management were given the opportunity to serve at The Estates where the students had been carefully thought the techniques of being a professional butler. It was also a real eye-opening experience for the chosen students as they had never been in situations as this before! They have learnt so much such as communication skills, soft skills and even multi-tasking. The butlers is in charge of making their guests not satisfied, but delighted. They are running the entire show from housekeeping and F&B service to even maintenance and security. Our students got to know the operations in The Estates, brush up on their communication with guests, being efficient, making numerous cocktails, ensuring everything is nothing less than excellent and so much more! We are happy to say that our guests had truly enjoyed their stay. Two words describes it all: Unforgettable experience
